To Enter: You must be 18 years of age or older. Contest only open to those in the lower 48 states. One entry per person per day. Entrants must completely fill out entry form available via the ENTER NOW! link or here. Drawing & Notification: Winners will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing on June 30, 2008. Winner will be notified via email if they have been selected, and will thereafter be contacted by Phil Vassar's management to make arrangements for the delivery of a Yamaha M560H (or comparable model), courtesy of Phil Vassar, via local delivery options. If the winner cannot be reached via e-mail by midnight Central time the day after selection, another winner will be chosen, and so forth. Chances of winning depend on the number of total entries. Entrants may be required to provide proof of their date of birth. Other Stipulations: In no way shall PixelMuzik or PixelMuzikSweepstakes be held accountable for anything other then collecting sweepstakes information via the internet. All monetary expenditures for piano tuning or any other reason are stricly the property owner's and/or sweepstakes winner's.
